Beginners' Tai Chi
Classes led by Nancy Elkin, registered physiotherapist. Great for
improving balance, coordinating and overall movement. Please wear
comfortable clothes and soft-soled shoes. Session 1: Mon., Sept. 14,
21, 28 & Oct 5. 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. First of 3 sessions. $20.00 per
session. Please register ahead.
Twice Monthly Intermediate Bridge Classes
For people who have the basics. Volunteers will be on site to teach,
guide and act as partners. Ask for monthly schedule at front desk.
