A Night of Magic

Presented by Niagara Les Wismer Ring 294.  Free admission with a
non-perishable food donation for Pelham Cares.  Tues., Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.

Beginners’ Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes with Nancy Elkin, registered physiotherapist. Great for
improving balance, coordination and overall movement. Please wear
comfortable clothes and soft-soled shoes. Space is limited.  Monday,
Jan. 4 - 25.  12:30 - 1:30 p.m.  $20.00 per session.  Please register

Philosophers’ Café

Explore the ethical issues around euthanasia in this participatory
session.  As small groups, you will defend an assigned point of view.
Time will also be made to defend your own viewpoint.

Gentle Movement and Dance-based Exercise

Warm up, light cardio, cool down and stretching.  Dress for comfort.
