Santa's Visit

Santa arrives at the Pelham Public Library with music, a story and lots
of HO! HO! HO!  Ages 0 - 6.  Fri., Dec. 4.  10 - 11 a.m.  Free with a
food donation to Pelham Cares.  Please register.  Donations of
children's books for Pelham Cares are being accepted now for our book
tree.

 

Crazy Crafters 

Get ready for an afternoon of Christmas crafting as you enjoy your
afternoon off school. Make your own mini pizza first then spend your
time crafting.  Fri., Dec. 4 at 1 p.m.  Ages 6 ~ 10.  $4.  Please
register.  

 

Afghanistan:  Through the Lens of a War Correspondent

Murray Brewster is currently the Parliamentary Defence Reporter and
Senior War Correspondent with The Canadian Press. He has spent over 8
months embedded with Canadian troops in Kandahar, Afghanistan and will
share his photos and experiences at the Pelham Library. Murray has
covered numerous national and foreign assignments and has won multiple
journalism awards.  Fri., Dec. 11.  7:30 p.m.  $5.00.  Please Register

A Night of Magic

Presented by Niagara Les Wismer Ring 294.  Free admission with a
non-perishable food donation for Pelham Cares.  Tues., Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.

secrets.  $5.00 per session.  Please register ahead.

Introduction to Photoshop for Digital Photography:  Learn how you can
enhance your photos with this powerful tool.  Sat., Jan. 9 from 1:00 -
3:00 p.m.  

Creative Slide Shows:  See how easy it can be to showcase your work by
adding music and effects for an impressive multimedia show.  Sat., Jan.

Return to Algonquin

Award-winning nature photographer Peter Ferguson returns to the Pelham
Library with a new presentation of vibrant scenes and a rare look at the
wildlife in Algonquin Park.  Mon., Jan. 11.  7:30 p.m.  $2.00.  Please
