Cruise Holidays Niagara in Pelham will present some great travel ideas.
What are the places you must see before you “kick the bucket”?  Dream
big without breaking the bank and Pam will introduce destinations that
will fit your budget.  Also hear about some unique cruise ideas.

Introduction to Photoshop for Digital Photography:  Learn how you can

Creative Slide Shows:  See how easy it can be to showcase your work by
adding music and effects for an impressive multimedia show.  Sat., Jan.

Return to Algonquin

Award-winning nature photographer Peter Ferguson returns to the Pelham
Library with a new presentation of vibrant scenes and a rare look at the
wildlife in Algonquin Park.  Mon., Jan. 11.  7:30 p.m.  $2.50.  Please
register ahead.

 

Family Literacy Evening “Seuss on the Loose”

Join us for another fabulous family evening at the Pelham Public Library
as we celebrate Dr. Seuss.  You need to wear your Dr. Seuss themed
clothing!   YES you do!!  Serving:  Hoop-Soup-Snoop Group Potato Soup,
Noodle-Eating-Poodle Noodles, River of Nobsk Corn-off-the-Cobsk, and
Circus McGurkus Pink Lemonade.  Fri., Jan. 22nd at 6:00 p.m.  $5/family.

Yoga For the Flexibly Challenged 

Beginner gentle yoga classes with Heather. Participants can use chairs
or sit on a floor mat.  Some mats available.  $40.00 for 8-week session.

The Pelham Public Library in partnership with Scene of the Crime Books
is pleased to present a “Crime Time” mystery author each month.  Toronto
author Jill Edmondson reads from her debut novel “Blood and Groom.”
Tues.,  Jan. 26 at 7 p.m.  Books for sale and signing.  Free!

 

Reducing Stress for a Healthy Brain

Focus is on how stress impacts the brain & strategies to lower your risk
of damage and to promote overall brain health at any age.  Presented by
the Alzheimer Society.  Free but please register ahead.  Wed. Jan. 27th
at 6:00 p.m.

Learn some tax savings techniques & make sure your nest egg is
protected! A certified financial planner will go over tax planning and
