Gentle Dance & Movement Exercise Class

Join Bonnie for beginner & gentle dance based exercise classes. Dress
for comfort, wear running shoes & bring a mat or blanket. Wed., Mar. 24
- May 19 .  11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.  $40.00.  Please register ahead.

 

Edible Plants for Hungry Gardeners

As people become more concerned about food safety and cost, freshness
and quality, edible gardens are growing in popularity. Learn the basics
of garden design, how to incorporate edible plants into decorative
gardens, planting techniques, maintenance tips, and harvesting your own
vegetables and herbs. Workshops presented by Restoration Ecologist Chris
DiRaddo, proprietor of Sassafras Farms and key partner in NTEC's
EcoGardens initiative.  $2.50 per person.  Please register ahead.  March
17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

 

March Break Excitement

There are a few more spaces left for the music and tub of surprises of
Erick Traplin, children's entertainer as well as reptile expert Mike

Blind Fate

Blind fate brings their unique sound to the Pelham Public Library.  The
band covers a wide range of styles from classic rock to pop to country
from the 60s to the present. The band has pleased audiences of all kinds
from kids all the way up to people in their 80s.  Sun., Mar. 28 from 2 -
3 p.m.  $5.00  Please register ahead. 

 

Bee-Utiful Scrapbooking   

A fun workshop to get you started or to use for the first page in an
album. All supplies are provided. Minimum age is 13.  Cost is $8.00.
Please register ahead.  Tues. Apr. 6.  6:30 p.m.

 

Games Afternoon

Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Card Games and more.  Play Ours or BYOBG
(bring your own board game)  Fri., Apr. 9.  2 - 4 p.m.  Refreshments.

Great Style and Great Bargains at the Clothing Sale

Used, new, and vintage clothing for all sizes and ages now being
accepted.  Mon. April 12 starting at 5 p.m. - Sat., April 17 at 1 p.m.
Final Saturday fill a garbage bag for $5.00 !!

 

Beginners' Tai Chi

Nancy Elkin, registered physiotherapist, teaches these beginners'
classes. Great for improving balance, coordination and overall movement.
Please wear comfortable clothes and soft-soled shoes.  Mondays, Apr. 19,
26, May 3, 10. 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.  $20.00 session.  Please register

Craft-Tea Time with Grandma & Grandpa

Bring your grandchild to celebrate spring and Earth Day with a fun craft
and tea party.
