The Pelham Public Library

Library Room Rental

The Festival Room at the Fonthill Branch of the Pelham Public Library is available for rent by community groups and individuals. The demand for the room is high, so please check for availability. A completed Request for Rental Form must be submitted to the library. The cost for non-profit groups is $25.00 per day for up to four hours or $50.00 for a full day. The cost for profit groups is $40.00 for up to 4 hours and $80.00 a day. Please download a copy of the policy and request form for more detailed information.

Please note the new insurance requirements as outlined in the policy as of September 2008.
